Renewal not happening for me either, keeps saying errors in your order, oh well ticket office it is then.

Just phoned up and renewed, a doddle to do and quicker than messing about trying to get the online system to work

I’m in the age bracket, I’m going to ring the club tomorrow

I’ve just rung the club , a couple of minutes on the phone waiting to be put through, spoke to a very pleasant young lady, a couple of quick questions, all sorted. I did ask about the age bracket thing with me being in between the old and new senior ages, she said it does it automatically. Sorted

If you renew do you have to send a new photo in anywhere? Or does the current ‘card’ - well the photo on my phone still work for next season?

I renewed my sons over the phone yesterday evening. Very easy. They send that a new photo can be sent by email or use the original one.
Unfortunately it’s the end of an era for me with season tickets. Haven’t be able to get to many this season due to my diagnosis. With having to travel by train it extends my day, which really makes me more tired.
I will try to get to some if I feel upto it.
Sad day for me. My son will carry my love for DRFC
