Rovers commentary obviously not advised of this today. Lots of crowd shots on 61 minutes with the commentary team silent. Hadn't a clue what it was for.

Maybe that was their way of showing respect.  They could have mentioned it after the minute though.

It’s unfortunate that you can’t see the time from the away stand

We noticed the banner on the screen showing the time disappeared after we scored

Couldn’t even see a screen - the applause seemed to catch on pretty well though

It was above the tunnel to the right of us, as Stockton said as soon as we scored they took the match time off.

Did it happen on 61 minutes? Definitely did on the 20th.

Maybe if they did these things before the game or at half time with an announcement of why its happening, there would be less confusion. Why there's this classless chavvy neeed to make it X minute. I heard he lived at number 25 so I clapped in 25th minute but none of you joined in, heathens

Marking the sad passing of a fellow football supporter isn’t classless or chavvy, as you put it.  Debate the timing of the commemoration all you like, but have a think before you use such thoughtless and insensitive terms perhaps?

Both. Maybe had 2 reasons to Applaud ?

I always wonder what would happen if there was a goal right in the minutes applause because as an example , yesterday Barnsley fans would have gone mad if they had scored while the commemoration was taking place

I did read , sure it was on here that one Ref knowing a minutes applause had started , halted play when ball went out and didn't restart it till the clapping stopped
