Juist moved all the issues further out so not my problem! Did you know when the "congestion charge" was introduced  by Ken Livingstone  he admitted after a couple of years traffic lights had been stragically changed in the outer boroughs to "prove" the congestion charge was working in central London causing chaos in the outer boroughs and yes I lived in the outer boroughs at the time and had to travel along the A13 into town   Ohhh magic you get to beyond Canning Town and miraculously no traffic jams where previously there was the worst jams apart from Barking flyover. As I sai9d somewhere else stats/data can be made to say whatever you want it to say

15 months ago I Ken’s old patch , Willesden and Dollis Hill. saw thousands of Cars which were old and weary , driven by people clearly not born in the UK, I assumed they are all registered to Ken Livingston, VLAD Putin,or  Keir STABBER nos 3 to 5 high street Willesden.
also I know that you can breach ULEZ  6 times and ignore the Penalty before they take it further. Too busy screwing honest folk who engage!

Sadistic Khan strikes again , it's a bit like the falling murder rate in the capital which of course is a good thing  .

Sadistic claims all the glory for this but fails to tell you it's more to do with the advancement in medical science rather than him getting a grip on it .

It was in the Evening Standard  a long time ago I'll have to try and look for it, but one of those things that caused a fair bit of discussion at the time, those that regularly travelled along the A13 corridor knew damn well the traffic lights had been rephased

That's a different accusation that doesn't discuss air quality, did you read it DR?

Yes I did read it I lived in London at the time I know the furore it all caused. It was nothing to do with air quality it was/is all about raising money of course the wind never blows fumes into the area :)  However I'm not saying vehicle emission's did not need to be cleaned up so tighten the emission's tests on MOT's so the individuals/companys  causing the main problem are affected the blanket charge for everyone is purely a money making exercise. A friend of mine had a Toyota Auris diesel as a Private Hire when it was all brought in in Sheffield the council went on a year of manufacture his car was 1 year older than the councils cut off he even proved it was the same engine and same emissions as the following years Auris Sheffield Council totally refused manufacturers evidence and said its different , Money making scam

By keeping cars idling and sat not moving affects the air quality so they are totally interlinked  Did you read the Parlimentary link?
