Agree 100%. I got so fed up with queueing at gangway W while some doddery old bloke checked tickets I just pushed past him and made my own way there. I do have a basic grasp that the WU on my ticket means W gangway Upper tier, and row 13 means I'm on row 13 and seat 530 meant I was in seat 530.Did anyone struggle with that concept, or is this just what they have to do for thick wednesday fans. Maybe they need stewards in the bogs too to wipe their ar$es?
It makes me laugh how clubs think that we have forgotten the concept of consecutive numbers, and need to be shown where a numbered row and a numbered seat are located. Not to mention the fact that every row number is stencilled on the floor of each row in bright yellow paint!
