We are not now or have ever been the peterboro/plymouth/fowls of this league and after the times we have played them over the years you would like to think they would have took note of the kind of football we play and our results against other teams.

In my lifetime, apart from a brief flirtation with the old Division 1 in the late 70s I think... What have Bristol City ever achieved? Ever since we signed Heffs from Bristol City, I have formed the opinion that a number of their fans have become antagonistic towards us, so it doesn't surprise me that they have said what they have. What we also have to consider is that they have been heavily beaten, so frustrations are going to be high!
