A cracking goal it was, but don`t forget Quinton Fortune`s goal earlier in the season, or Martin Woods goal for Rotherham against us, or even any one of the goals from the finest hat trick you`ll ever see by Copps

Copps third from his hat-trick vs Southend.

Hvaing said that, he was sublime that night and was that free kick ever going to miss ?

Right foot, left foot, dead ball.

Useless, no headers in there.

Not strictly a dead ball as the ball was passed to him from the free kick  ;)

Actually there was no pass at all Greeny trapped it killed the ball & when he struck it it was a stationary but technically not a dead ball, sorry to be an anorak

Pfft, forget all the goals previously mentioned in the thread, surely the greatest goal at the Keepmoat was the 35-yard piledriver that flew straight past Lee Butler and in from Lewis Guy against the Legends last year! What a goal!

 ;)

That Jeff Smith for Carlisle in 2007 comes to mind when I think of good goals in the keepmoat, cracker

Still Copp's 2nd goal for me, the time the place, the occasion, the player.

Also think Mark McCammons in the first ever game v Huddersfield could'nt have been staged managed any better.

All great goals and memories. Seem to remember a pretty tasty Forte goal too. Scored at the South Stand end, hit across goal. Cant remember if it hit the post and went in, not the best but still a cracker!
