just to let you know if you want to sit in the stand you will need a ticket as we have got a initial allocation of 1000 which are not on the temp stand,if we take more than that the rest will be on that

Are you sure? The tickets at the minute state that they are for unreserved uncovered seating - which is the temp stand.

The plot thickens!!   Found this on a Blackpool forum

Donny have been allocated blocks A B C in the north stand.

My guess is that will house about 2 - 2,500 if there are any more they will be put in the famous Gene Kelly stand.

i was led to believe we only had block a and b but cud be wrong

Either way, the tickets definitely state on them that it is unreserved uncovered seating. I am pretty sure it was last night that they were testing the new stand in a reserve game - it would give them time to rectify anything before we play them, however, our tickets went on sale before then.

EDIT - Their OS states that the official opening is on Saturday... Means it would be open in time for us.
