Ipswich game
« on March 25, 2010, 01:44:11 am by Old Popsider »
I know it's a little way off yet, but anyone know of a decent away fans pub in the town? I've been told the Railway Hotel is away fan friendly but that's about it. Someone else said the Wetherspoons on Cornhill is ok as long as you aren't wearing 'colours'.

Jucyberry........you may know as it's towards your neck of the woods - give or take about 20 miles I think!

Having drank in the Railway Hotel last season, I can safely say the drink on offer in there is terrible. The cider they had on top tasted terrible and by all accounts the bitter wasn't too much better either.

This season I think I'll be heading into the town centre (providing we can find it).

That cider was quality in there, local stuff.  Probably a bit strong for you I guess.  We loved it.

Only 10 min walk from ground to town centre apparently.
