At what point will you start to think it's getting a bit over the top to watch football at this price (£?) as i'd rather the spend the money on ( ? )For me £15 was the ceiling and i became bored/wise and decided to pick and choose a handful of games per season.I can understand there are fans who would probably pay £100 a ticket if they had to because football is their life but it would be interesting to see what kind of price limit the average fan would pay.IMO i reckon we've just about got their. Will it be £24 a game next season plus \"running costs\"?
Burnley on the other hand have bumped up their prices alarmingly this season. Last year they charged a flat rate of £20, yet this season they have been charging £32 for some of the lesser games in the Premiership. It'll be interesting to see whether or not them t**ts drop their prices back to an affordable level, seeing as they are a Championship side next season.
To highlight the point about how much Ipswich rip everyone off at Portman Road, an adult paying on the day would pay £33.50.Add to that rip-off the price of a bottle of beer and a small beef pie - £5.70. Portman Road must be the rip-off capital of the Championship.

The time has now come where I will choose the matches I go to from next season. I will not be renewing my ST because I can't afford to. I will look at the fixture list to see when we play sides such as Portsmouth, Preston and Leicester (if they don't go up) and maybe a couple more, to visit grounds I've not been to.
