Away support to Swansea...fantastic!!
« on April 30, 2010, 07:32:25 pm by DMnumber4 »
Now I know it says 379 sold of the 793 tickets we've been allocated for this Sunday's game at the Liberty Stadium. However the truth is, whoever updates the number of sales on the Keepmoat site can't be bothered.

I went down yesterday afternoon to get my ticket and was told we had sold nearly 550!

Hopefully with a few last minute stragglers thinking \"why not?\" we could take around 600 fans to South Wales.

Considering it's a 1pm kick off on a Sunday, 250 miles away when we have nothing to play for and we have to be up at around 5:30am on a bank holiday, its bloody good! Newcastle took 800 for a Saturday dinner time kick off.

The journey cannot be done on train without staying at least one night and forking out £50 for a return, not many can be bothered driving, so it's the coach for most of us.

I hope I enjoy my day more than last year, hopefully like when Wellens struck a couple of screamers in 2007  :woohoo:  :woohoo:

Me and a pal are staying over in Cardiff, we could be heroes there.

I rarely get away tickets in advance and usually pay on the day, and I guess a lot of other people do, so the ticket sales are always quite an under-estimation of the support.

Aside from you can't pay on the day on Sunday so the KMS info (when updated) won't be an under-estimation.
