Some achievement from the Brolly Man. It's akin to a club smashing the Rangers/Celtic grip on the title.

Since time began PSV, Ajax, with a smattering of Feyenoord have shared the title around. In the last 30yrs we have had 2 x AZ Alkamaar titles to break the monopoly, and now this.

His record at Club Management/ coaching is second to none.

Was a fantastic assistant at Man Utd, had a great record at unfashinable Middlesboro, and has transformed the fortunes of a provinicial Dutch Club.

No he didnt set the world on fire with England, but who had is recent history? Just as Graham Taylor was a great Club Manager but couldnt hack it internationally - so the same applies to Mclaren.
