If we bring him on then we need to bring on someone that can put a cross in!

Probably just as well getting Capello's granny on , she might be able to find the net better than this shower!

Crouch has one of the best goalscoring records of any striker in an English shirt, and that being the whole history of English strikers.

He's been criminally overlooked in this tournament, England favouring an unfit and disinterested Rooney who offered absolutely zero throughout the tournament.

No wonder we're coming home with our tail between our legs.

String him up I say , come on TWD get real you've got this fixation that all our woes can be laid at one man's door...........he is a moaner but never disinterested. You're wrong fella there's a lot more to our fdailure than the one player that you are ''singling'' out.

The only time he really showed much interest was when he was moaning about the English fans having the temerity to boo him and his mates.

Not just him....but he's there to score goals, played every game ad scored a big fat zero. He's paid enough to bring himself to the ball, make space for himself and generally make a nuisance of himself, defenders couldnt believe how easy they had it with him in this tournament. I mean, christ, even Heskey was more of a threat. His comments directed at the England fans following an abject display v Algeria will never be forgotten.

Compare Rooney to Defoe, who atleast managed a goal, and generally made a nuisance of himself.

But, equally, Terry was a disgrace, he was much to blame for the early disruption in the Camp. Gerrard was wasted on the left, and Barry might as well have stayed at home.
