Do we get chance to make any comments on the kit before it is finally rolled out?!

For instance, I think the red bar below Sharp's number just looks odd and it would look a lot less cramped if that was left as part of the white box.

Also the \"One Call Insurance\" logo on the front would surely look better lower down with a bit of a gap between the badges, wouldn't it??!

I think it looks really good, was apprehensive when I heard we were breaking the hoops and having a 'square' back for the numbers but it looks smart, I'll definitely be picking up a shirt.

Anybody got a clue on the away shirt yet?
.       look like man city home shirt.

It would be really good if you could buy the shirt with the viking symbol and Doony Rovers surrounding it on the back.

That's what two 16 hour days do for my typing Nigel! Possibly that and a liking for the doonhammers. ;)

I agree, but this is a stock Nike design.

See http://www.newitts.com/product/it012060/Nike_Hoops_Mens_Football_Jersey.htm and have a look at the back of the plain shirts to see what I mean.

BTW, I like the black and yellow hooped one!  Future away kit?  I might get one of those and take the Rovers badge off an old shirt.....

Re:New shirt Hoops vs Stripes

Pedantically I believe the current and next season's shirt designs feature stripes and not hoops. A hoop is a continuous band or ring without a break in it. If there is a break then it becomes a stripe, even if it is horizontal.

If you think about it, because it looks a bit odd without a name / number on the back you'll have to spend a bit more in the shop to get a name / number put on it, Marketing, intit?

I think it'll look strange without a name/number on, really wasn't keen on the solid red back shirt the year we moved to the KM, but I think that was a combination of the red shorts, socks and back making the overall impression a bit pyjama-esque.

Reserve judgement as hopefully this one will look better with the black shorts and socks. Wonder if they'd consider producing an unbroken hooped shirt for the fans?

That looks great, attack of the Donny Bees/Wasps/Hornets

I like the Dennis the Menace black and red hoops.
