I think Viva la revolution with 3 colour bands (2 red and one white). JR's face on the one side in a che guevara style, and the rovers crest on the other.

I've been to see Juventus play and there was a flag which read 'Drughi'....i have no idea!

Always thought a red/white/red flag with a big 1879 in gothic lettering would look good.

And a re-working of the Solidarity (Solidarnosc) flag to read Doncaster could be good too

I'd rather slam me cock in the knife drawer than have a flag with a Nike logo on it. But that's just me and I'm not contributing anyway...
