Heartbreaking that someone can treat you like that.the very best to you and your family.
Don't let it go Dave, put as much pressure on the people responsible for dereliction of duty and the not bothered brigade as possible. If there is a chance make sure they try to take it. If you are not happy make a diary of dates and times and the names of the people responsible and contact your MP and medical authorities.
