Title: Reasons to love Grant even more

2. taking off the captain who by the way I'd be checking his phone Bill for calls to Peterborough. Was 100% right thing to do.

Why is Butler not captain. Tommy Rowe is not a leader imo. Total mystery to me.

Whether it’s Rowe, Crawford or Blair we do not have and never had all season a third midfield player who can do the same work as Whiteman and Kane. The seasons been long especially for those two in Grants favoured system we have been more open yes we scored 74 goals but conceeded 58 goals. Exciting yes but games especially away from home that we have thrown away in first halves only to see a change of system and better performance. So yes Grant as been good let’s hope we can stay in the playoffs and learn something to be able to compete in them.

This leaves us with just Whiteman and the inconsistent Crawford. Need at least one and more likely two players who can play centrally. Along with a full time right back, these are our priorities no question.
