My comment was purely on the posts criticising their attendance

I was pleased with the Stockport fans that stopped for a chat and donated to the foodbank. So far they were more generous than other away supporters that we have played at the Eco this season

Who are we to criticise another clubs away support?

I don't think we are.

The poster implied that we had restricted their attendance, which we didn't.

I didn't imply your club had restricted our attendance. Simply that somebody did and that we couldn't have brought more than we had tickets.

It's not rocket science.

So it wasn’t us, and it wasn’t SYP, that only leaves your club.

It’s not rocket science.

Which I haven't argued with. We're currently having tickets for Tranmere away dribbled to us and we sold out 2200 there last season for a midweek fixture. So it probably is either our club or some shambles with the ticketing system we use.

You cannot criticise our fans for more of us not coming than we had tickets. That's all I'm saying. That doesn't change whether it was Stockport County who reduced the number of tickets, Doncaster Rovers, Greater Manchester Police, South Yorskshire Police, nor the Queen of Sheba. We sold out of tickets we were allowed to buy.

Like others on this thread, I was amazed at how few supporters you brought to Donny. Even in the central section you occupied, there were hundreds of empty seats.

If lots of your fans were disappointed by not being able to obtain tickets, perhaps they ought to complain to your club and ask why more weren't available?
I'd be interested to know their answer.

The organisation for away fans at your ground when we played you earlier this season left a lot to be desired. Maybe your club is just not very good at organising ticketing?

Hatter don’t worry.
Seems we are bored of moaning about our teams on pitch performances.
We can’t moan about our opponents performances because they keep battering us.
So it seems we are now moaning about the performance of our opponents supporters.
Good grief!
Stop the world I want to get off

Good luck for rest of season and please beat FGR and Sutton United if you come across them.
