I think moly is the man for the 10 position, Gibson and middleton wide. This would remove the problem where is is almost double marked and be a change opposition wouldn't think.

He is a very good player and with support not abuse will be better quicker. There are many players not playing to where they should be currently so dont pick moly out as a scapegoat, its pretty embarrassing to be part of a club where the fans just abuse at the slightest thing and all think they are the manager of the world when they couldn't even make sunday league. Thats why I support and encourage. Mccann leaves him on as he knows a moment of brilliance will make the difference and moly is pretty much the only guy who can give us that.

I have never had an issue with Mols staying in the team when he’s not in the best form but, McCann never subbing him off is becoming ridiculous to the point where I very nearly booed when Middleton came off. Despite him being on a yellow it should 100% been number 7 on that board, he was utter cr@p yesterday.

Mcann stated in his post match that middleton was off his feet by the hour mark, questioned his decision to stsrt him after the spurs game.
Was a factor in the sub at that point. And also middleton wasnt creating anything better than mols.
He buzzes around like he is busier but isnt.

Mols is a marked man so this creates a problem the team has to solve to get the best out of him . Relying on Mols beating one defender then a second one only to find he’s got no one to pass too . Defenders know about him so they double up and nullify his runs . Sterry’s  injury hasn’t helped as Mols fed off his quick pace and direct passes . McCann should have seen  this coming and made sure who ever played right fullback got the ball quicker up the pitch and stop passing it sideways and backwards.

Still prob 2nd player on team sheet behind Bailey even when not on his game, coming up against a lot better defenders whether he has 1 or 2 players against him when he has then ball, however when for what ever reason he doesn’t play he is missed even more for his defending duties
