never seen such a ridiculous set up to segregate fans. It seemed to get a little bit nasty with the police being very heavy handed

I said to various people that if there was no segregation there would have been no trouble. It’s the attempt at prevention that causes the issues!

I saw terrible policing by Thames Valley police at the County Ground a few years back. I was so incensed by it I surreptitiously video'd what I could. Others, less discreet, had theír phones stamped on. Given yesterday's shenanigans it might be an idea for the VSC to consider both some kind of publicly available briefing about supporter, and police, rights and responsibilities at footy matches, and, to encourage EVERYONE to video bad behaviour. If hundreds had their cameras out it would become impossible for both the police, and the knobheads, to control their use.

Hope the guy who got knocked to the ground by some police officers was ok, the fella who was with him was trying to explain that he (guy on the ground) was autistic but looked like he was going to get the same treatment.
Segregation is ok if there is an alternative route, at Luton they just put up the barriers and offered no guidance whatsoever.
After talking to a different steward and explaining where my car was he opened a barrier on an alleyway that let us through to walk against the home fans no trouble at all. But allowing a coach to be parked in a “sterile area” was stupidity

I had to go that way to get to my car as well. Was driving me insane that we couldn’t get through.

It wasn't even segregation as there were Luton fans trying to get out too.
