Billy is best suited to coming on later in games when we are pushing for an equalizer/winner, when we are having a high amount of possession in the final third and a high number of box entries. Arm wrestling on the half way line or chasing on transition isn't for hm.

I started this thread in the middle of November, anyone still think it’s not a crisis?

Me, the threat of losing your club ala 97/98 is a crisis, losing games and facing relegation is just not pleasant but time to put big boy pants on and stop being over dramatic

It developed in to a crisis that’s for sure ..but it shouldn’t have if enough had been done to vary the way we approach each match . Many of our scorers were none forwards and some of our results only came from substitutions suggested we hadn’t got a striker from day one . We only talked about Rob Street and how we needed to provide a goal scorer , but sure every possible avenue was explored and finances must have dictated the our come . But I think January has been good to us in recent seasons and it will have to be again , as our situation financially hasn’t altered and clubs don’t sell good strikers only loan Young wannabes . McCann will be scouring every club now for this years little gem !!
