i likeed the 03-05 shirt but the blue one . still got it and its in mint condition still and ive hammerd it. i had printed on the back of it 'WE 8 SCUNNY'...you might have seen me before..

1979-81 kit that they wore when i started going to matches also loved the green and white away kit, infact the green and white is my favourite away kit we ever had

I like the 89/90 kit, but that was the year that I really started getting into Rovers.

I think i have got that one. I wore it at the Scunny game last season. The white one with Green,Blue stripes running down the arm.

I like the !946-47 design so much that I've ordered one from Toffs!

I dislike this season's Nike number - the big white area on the back does not appeal to me at all.  It's obviously designed to make player identification easier for the media.  Celtic wear Nike kit but their shirt retains the hoops and so should ours in my opinion.

Rovers wore the 1956-57 kit when I first began suppoting them.

Strange, i have the Tony Bluff book, but for all the fuss it caused I never realised how much a part of our history the black shorts were. the contemporary kit is reminiscent of the first foray into hoops.

Imagine the uproar if we swapped from hoops to stripes!

I'm gonna be controversial and go for the 07-08 kit as my favourite, although I have a big soft spot for the 03-05 shirt, which heralded the beginning of the rise, and the 1992 zig-zaggy free press effort which was the season I started watching

Some crackers there.  I used to love the old Umbro one from 1978-79.  We were ball boys a few times that season with my village U11 team (Ridgewood Colts) and I snagged a spare shirt from one of the players (we each got an unnumbered one) which of course, was a million sizes too big for me as a 10 year old, but would I suspect, fit snugly now.

I still have the round-collared white free press one from the 1989/90 Noteman/Bruno/Les Robinson era.  Didn't have make your nipples sore though.

And if memory serves... we used to play in the 1984-87 Pilks kit with the Retford Branch team... Paul Mayfield (was that correct?)

My favourite though - the new one.  Looks brilliant.  Classy.

Worst one has to be the seaweed job.  Sorry Sheepy.

Worst kit, the 97 Olympic effort by some distance. No badge, pub team, but not having a laugh. Terrible memories of Darren Brookes, Darren Esdaille and Prince Moncrieffe. Even worse than East Riding Sucks, cos at least Colin Cramb wore that one.

I was first taken to the Rovers when the kit was the all white with red collar and cuffs, 65-69, and so that's the strip I associate as being the Rovers kit and so is my favourite.
I remember as a twelve year old saving my pocket money and when I had fifteen shillings, had enough to buy the shirt, but living in South Kirkby at the time there wasn't a shop anywhere near that stocked it.  Never did get my replica shirt.
Recognise a couple of old faces in the team photo from the kits link above... Brian Usher, Pancho Regan, Mike Elwis, and Maurice Setters the manager, not sure if that's Ron Flowers in middle row.  Expected I'd know a few more.

I have the number 10 shirt from that era proudly framed on my wall at home. A few years before i started going regularly (mid 80's) but appreciate it's value none the less.

Acquired from the auction of \"less valuable\" items from the collection at the old wembley stadium. What may be junk to the football bigwigs can prove to be an ordinary fans treasure

I like any with the red and white hoops tbh because that is us basically. The 1984-1987 looks exactly like an old Rotherham IMO.

79-82.. The only Rovers shirt I have ever had.. Got it when I was a kid when we had Snodins etc. Climbed over the wall at BV many a time in that shirt, ha ha.
