Doncaster highlights on SSN website

Is it me or is the bird doing the voice over mis-pronouncing Coppinger's name?

I just played it twice to check that very point Bob. She does. Silly cow. Coppinger as in Ingersoll.  I suppose I can understand that - but not the BBC's appalling piece of tripe previewing the game. Has Mrs Thatcher's assault on education resulted in the current Yuppy generation, the sufferers of her maladministration, being unable to source even one literate person with half an ounce of intelligence?

I also noticed she stated that Norwich scored \"against the run of play\". Is she sure about that, cos I distinctly remeber it was during a 15 minute spell when they pretty much battered us?

She was reading what someone else wrote, who wasn't at the game or is blind.
You're right - it definately wasn't against the run of play - their goal had been on the cards for a while before they scored.

On a similar note, I was half-laughing and half-cringeing listening to Eddie Gray being interviewed on Radio Sheffield prior to the Barnsley-Leeds game the other night.
He kept referring to the Leeds manager as Simon \"Grayshon\".

He's obviously got several names whirling around his head in a jumbled fashion....

Simon Grayson - Larry Grayson - Harry Grayson - Harry Gration - Simon Gration....
