Wikipedia say that he is contracted to a club in Qatar until summer 2011 - make of that what you will!!

oh dear, well i dont get that impression by reading there board, refused to play at coventry when they were fighting relegation, good header but slower than martis and the consensus is they wouldnt take him back as he makes to many mistakes.Hasnt played or had a club for months so wont be anywhere near fit surely,if he is fit enough to play maybe worth a month and see other than that we are wasteing our time.

I think it`s a bit of sour grapes from you, if he`s not good enough SOD will know, right now a month on loan to us would n`t be a bad thing seeing as we are short on bodies in that department.

anyway, if he`s that bad why was he an ever present in the Barnsley team for nigh on 2 seasons until he fell out with Simon Davey?

I remember him playing for us against Barnsley. Looked good in the air, but very very slow.

but how fit is he filo,he hasnt played for month apart from a resy for the dingles. If we need injury cover for a month we need a player who can hit the ground running, which by the way he struggled to do when he was fit.

Sour grapes? According to my work mates he had a trial game there and Robins wasn't interested. He would provide good cover but he's got a lot of international clearances to short before he pulls on a shirt.
