Dealings with Moss Properties ???
« on November 23, 2010, 11:56:02 am by no yam yam »
Has anyone else had problems with Moss properties?
They told my daughter she had not paid them £100 and they would be taking it out of their bond TODAY.
After phoning her bank, she has found the payment, proof it had been paid. Then Moss admit they have know found it. This is after getting phone calls of them for the first 3 months of her tenancy claimimg she had not paid that month, only for them to later say they had found missing payment. Are they ROBBIN' bas**rdS, or just GROSSLY INCOMPETANT?
Lets see how much of her bond they SCREW off her later today...
And if they do I will really kick off
Anyone else had any dealings with them?

Or maybe they made a simple mistake, which has now been rectified?

Or maybe your daughter did not put the correct reference number on her payment, and Moss Properties were unable to allocate it to her account?

Finally, stop SHOUTING.

Try the TDS (tenancy deposit scheme). They arbitrate over disputes and hold bond mones which cant be used except to cover damages.Check the tenancy agreement to see which TDS they are using.I was told that companies have to use the TDS by law.Good luck.
