Daughters only just passed her test and has to drive home from work at the Hospital at 8 o clock, worried or what?

50 minutes to travel 7 miles, not bad considering the snow is at least 6 inches deep!

What are the main roads like?
BBC has heavy snow all night and most of the day tomorrow.

Is it on par with January yet?

I got home at about 5pm, just been out and there's a good 6 inch of snow on my car. Not good.

Mrs Cussie says she's expecting many inches tonight......let's see what Errol Flynn delivers. The Thorne massif are telling me the flyover at the Canal TAvern is closed. It's chuffin bad here and still snowing. I'm up and out before 7am in the moro. I despair
