I couldn't believe it

when I logged on to the OS tonight for the first time in ages and saw the headline:

CLUB NOMINATED FOR MARKETING AWARD

 

Seriously?  We've  a £15 game on tonight and the only person who knows about is erm, pretty much nobody.  I didn't even know.  I could probably have got a few mates down if I'd known, too late for that now.  Poor show Rovers.

They did do a bit of marketing for the game when it was meant to be on, but f**k all for the rearranged one (tonight).

I walk past every day on my lunchtime constitutional and nothing highlights £15 for tonights game. They have the fixtures on the railings but no prices on there either.

If you read the article it makes you realise all the good things the club are doing behind the scenes to get the younger generations interested, kind of makes it all the more frustrating that they do all this and then can't seem to get a simple advert in the Free Press right.
