wilson and mills both played on saturday so should be 'fit' - altho mills clearly not and Kilgallon came off the bench so again presumably 'fit'

however Sam Hird had a good wack into a post clearing a shot off the line, so wouldn't be suprised if he was 'unfit'

Fairhurst cannot be recalled from his loan (Football League rules I believe) for at least the first 28 days

Surely this current injury crisis has gone way beyond the realms of 'bad luck'. To have so many players on the injury list there must be something wrong with the training or fitness regime or facilities at the club. Hopefully someone will be looking into this to prevent us being in this position again.

Defo , No one has these amount of injuries a season without something wrong with fitness regime . Its funny how these injuries are happening after new contracts are signed, ie Stock.Martis signed on a 3 year deal and been injured more more or less since he signed and as for Brooker Irest my case

Bearing in mind the ridiculous situation we find ourselves in, I wonder if the Club have drafted in additional physio resources? How can 1 man be expected to treat the amount of players we have currently requiring treatment? No wonder they take so long to get back playing again!

He probably doesn't need to spend lots of time with them, depending on the injury (Like - Known Groin strain - \"Rest it, no running or exersion, come and see me when the pain has gone)? Having said that, I do agree that considering our terrible/worrying injury crisis we probably might use some help?

I still think some of the \"injuries\" are bunkum though!

So, has Stocky signed a new deal recently, as I have been away and missed a lot of the new threads. Thanks.

and with all this that's going on, i find it quite funny that the single biggest football related news story the bbc can come up with today to put on their website is that man yoo will be without 5 of their players for their euro match. :D

With that non injury list it looks like we may have to play 2 keepers at some point if one of the outfield players picks up a knock.

Pity we can't play both in the nets, we might get a draw!!

Heard Phil Brown on Skysports on saturday comment when he arrived , he found 1 or 2 hiding in the treatment room , do we have a similar problem now were struggling in the division?

I've resisted posting this thought for weeks but now since you mention it, have to say it occured to my sceptic mind that right since Stocky's contract talks began there was no mention of his dicky back.

Go on lads give it to me, I hate myself for even thinking it.

Maybe Stock was only playing at 60/70% before he signed his contract to try and prove his worth to the club, now the deal is done and he knows he has another 2 and a half years here maybe he wants to try and get back to 100% fitness so he is at his best for the rest of the season?

EDIT - just seen he is back in contention for tonights game so hopefully we will see if he's either fully fit or playing at less than 100% to help the team in this crisis.
