Why can't I seem to find the icon for the badge when I post? I always end up with the telephone thingy and I notice I'm not the only one.. I don't seem to have a catagory choice function. It's not that I'm being a div... Honest....

Why does the \"new posts\" count next to a thread name sometimes show more new posts than the number of total replies reported along the side? and why does it, half the time, still show you a post you saw ages ago as the first of that series of new posts?

Since this site has been re-born it looks better than the previous one but thats about it. Users are bringing up valid observations like jucy's. All in all imo it is not very good.

I prefer the new style forum. It's easy to use, looks far more professional, and is far brighter.

Ok, while we're at it, the time stamp function seems to be a bit awry since the system got 'fixed'.

I come back to threads the next day and the time of posting for posts I read the day before don't (even remotely) match the times they were originally posted.

And I'd like the preview button back.

Ok, Ok, all valid comments, so we'll see about re-introducing some of these features.

If you remember, we said we'd leave the forum running a bit bare to see if we'd identified the problem with the site hogging the host's server resources.  As far as I can tell, we seem to be OK now - I've had no errors recently, or periods where I cant log in, so I think we've found a stable platform to go on from.
