beef sausage, steak and ale pie, cottage pie, steak and chips, beefburger,
cold beef and mustard/horseradish salt beef, corned beef hash
but seriously
lamb is less prone to give food poisoning this i learnt as a chef
but for flavour the one that TASTES THE MOST LIKE HUMAN MEAT IS PORK
and gets my vote

The best thing about knowing a nice butcher...i.e. me... lol , is that none of the meat I buy has any fat on it unless I want it.

the kids hate bacon rind and fat....I love it but there ya go..My mince is as near to fat free as is capable of being, I see no point in paying for crap that has to be strained off before eating.

the same with lamb, if I ever have it,(kids don't like that either) I always get rid of the fat before buying..

If I ever leave my job I'm going veggie, I couldn't trust meat from anywhere else..Yuk.
