Doncaster Rovers have shown their commitment to working in the community by topping the league for community player involvement ahead of all 92 league clubs including the Premier League. Doncaster Rovers Football Club have come out on top for player involvement in the 2010/2011 season with players involved in the following projects - Education (128), Health (80), Social Inclusion (52), Anti Racism/Racial Awareness (62), Girls/Women, Soccer Schools (16), Disabilities (35), Presentations (163), Match Day Events (26), Training Ground (336), Other (Charity, hospital visits etc.) (306). Doncaster Rovers player involvement totalled 1228 visits; Chelsea closely followed this with 1066 visits and the closest Championship club was Cardiff City with 970 visits.

It certainly is!
I do feel that the club should maximise the publicity of this in the local community to ensure the people get the message about how much the club cares about them
