To be fair the bloke from the Reading board did say it was probably one of them \"new owner poised to splash cash\" rumours.

They've now also signed Cywka who can play as a striker i believe, maybe they wont be in for Billy now. Although i have read on another forum that they are due to make an 'exciting' signing.
Reading would be a good club for Billy in all honesty.

Although it's exciting times for the Reading fans, the whole takeover deal doesn't go through to March time, so there's not likely to be massive news IMO - the talk is of 'limited spending' at least this time around ...
