That article has been compiled from cut and pastes from all over the shop, just based on a one-line rumour.

One that has been confirmed by the club.

He hasn't been the same very true, I think he goes with our well wishes but not with much pain if you take the sentimental head off.

He played a huge part in our success these last 6 years and for that I am eternally grateful, hope he does well at Derby!

Was one of the best full backs in the championship until he was moved to CB, screwed his game up that did.

Good luck Jimmy!

I can't believe he is only 27. He seems to have been around forever. Good luck to him, he was always a model of consistency in a Rovers shirt. He did the nitty-gritty without ever taking the plaudits.

Top fella and best of luck to the lad in Derbyshire. I'd be very happy if i were a Derby fan, they've a cracking player when everyone believes in him and he's played in the right position.

Have we accepted an offer or letting our best full back leave for nothing?

Whenever we sell a player I always fear those words 'pending a medical'

... I wonder if anyone would ever give Martis a medical?

If we can shift him on, I hope they use whoever we used when signing him. We want to be seeking compensation for medical negligence. The doctor in question has dug us a massive deep hole which is being filled with our cash each and every month.

On a serious note, with the money he's had off us and not played, is there not something like this that we can do?

Sad to see him go, always liked to see Jimmy on the team sheet, although I agree not been the same player last two seasons for some reason.
Copps must be gutted seing all his mates disappear around him. Hope he can keep his chin up and look at what is happening at the club as a challenge for him, and not be tempted to jump ship as well.

I would hope he is a professional and take the challenge. He's probably got lots of new chums here besides the 'old guard'

... Hopefully he might have a few more by the end of the week!!

Aww, gutted with this.  He's my favourite player and has been since the day he signed.  Regardless of form or ability no-one tried harder on the pitch or had more time for the fans off it.

Good luck Jimmy.

He played a big part in our rise up the leagues, sadly all good things come to an end and his "best before" date expired a couple of years ago, Derby fans seem to think he`ll replace Roberts at LB

Gone very very stale for him at Rovers

Debatable if championship class given poor performances last season
