Gets a  1 from me for making the effort of turning up and the fact that we benefited from what appeared a blatant offside when Browny scored the winner, I think handballs must be allowed now, by the amount of them he let go!

Yeah he was pretty poor. I'll give him a rating of 2 because he didn't ruin the game.

2 from me for same reasons. Wasn't card happy neither, although the two he produced were correct (and helpful).

Got in the way of our passing though and gifted them a counter. Hand balls went unnoticed, and a few wrong decisions I.e. when we were fouled and he awarded the fk to them.

Lets be honest though, I doubt any ref will score higher than a 3 this season.

I gave him a 4, (I'm sure I pressed 3 though). He did okay today there were the odd decision that he perhaps got wrong but he was fair and unbiased.

I'd go 3 - thought he was ok, fair and consistently (be it crap or good) in equal measure! LOL

Its a collective 1 for the three Officials and 4 for the 4th Official for alerting the "knobhead " of a Ref that we needed the Floodlights on

The Ref totally amused me when Paynter crocked their bloke and you could see he was going to blow but (it seemed) he could not make his mind up what to do. Hilarious if it was not supposed to be a serious job

Are they ALL homers in League One? I thought we benefited from some of his decisions- at least more than Bury did. He was even handed on hand-balls though. I honestly think someone could have picked up the ball and run with it, a la Webb Ellis, and not been penalised.

Can't blame him for our second goal as it was down to the West Stand assistant. He didn't strike me as a particularly alert specimen (he missed one of the more blatant handballs) but I would say in his defence that Bury's back four was often less than level and often featured one or more stragglers. One of them may well have played Browny onside for the winner.

I actually suspected at the time that Browny would have appeared well onside due to light being bent by the massive gravitational pull of the lino's belly.  Its the only answer.
