How many games get shown on TV? We'd have not even been on tv with this draw either!-

Man U - Chelsea
Swindon - Villa
Livershite - Swansea

All 3 of those would be above us in terms of chosen live matches.

(apologies, i don't know which teams were drawn home or away...)

It's irrelevent now. We got a Prem team, albeit a team we were above a couple of seasons ago, but such is life. It's not like we were ever going to win the thing.

But you could also say that if we beat Sheffield United on the 2nd January 2011 (when we were closing in on the top 6) we maybe could have replaced Norwich in gaining promotion to the Premier League that season...

all if, buts and maybe's I'm afraid

Tell that Dean who was frustrated we did not get something from the gain irrelevant or not.

Didn't deserve anything with the 2nd half showing going forward with only 1 real effort of note

Would we have even drawn Spurs? I like this 'look at who we would have played', cos a lot of the times the balls are allocated in alphabetical order.

Exactly, in which case the draw would have been:

Sunderland v Man U
Swindon v Aston Villa
Wigan v Bradford
Doncaster v Southampton
Middlesboro v Tottenham
Leeds v Swansea
Chelsea v Liverpool
Reading v Arsenal

Still not to be televised - fingers crossed we draw a Conference North side away in the FA Cup

Who we could have been playing? If my auntie had balls she would have been my uncle!

Reading v Arse and Man U v Chelsea are the televised games. Pretty poor showing when you can see those games in the Premier League anyway.
