Can't believe that no one has started this thread yet... so anyway fingers crossed we do well today as we tend to step up to the plate against teams further up the table, so hope we can do the same for this match.
Going for 2-1 Donny!!

tbh i think it will be a 1-1 draw very boring game 0-0 at half time.
no changes until the 70th min then shrews score after crap marking from a rubbish free kick woods (gk) gets fouled but we get nothing.
85 mins comes up and half of the 5,200 crowd leave for home when out of nothing a long ball gets hit forward brown holds it up passes to harper who makes it 1-1, the game then ends with shrewsbury then happy with a point and rovers chasing shadows
once again bennett does nothing but doesnt get subbed off

popularSTAND fanzine @vivarovers
Brilliant reaction save by Woods at his near post after a low cross takes a deflection #drfc
Each one of these will boost his confidence, could be a Rovers legend in the future.
Good subs tactics by Deano, playing with STFC manager as well as settling us for a few mins with extra midfield

3 points, clean sheet, no bookings, decent crowd.
Good day at the office.

Just a little shame it couldn't have gone on the way it started but if they offered you 1:0 every game, you'd take it every time (you get promoted that way).
A couple of "well dones" to Dean
Clever substitutions (Keegan for Paynter - says we're going defensive + Keegan was important)
(Brown for Syers - screwing with his opponents brain - are they going defensive?)
First 20 minutes - playing FOOTBALL. More please Dean
No yellow cards - words have obviously been had
