Well I got the last result correct - I can see us doing well here - either 1-0 or 2-1

Going on our away form to date we certainly should get a result of some sort!  :scarf: Has everyone else dragged themselves across the Pennines for this one?

Tough one to call. We keep defying our performances and coming away with unexpected wins. No reason to expect anything different to a 'thrills and spills' encounter, especially with the conditions.

Be reasonably happy with a draw but we don't seem to do them so, to keep in touch with the Blades, I'll go for a 2-0 win. Bennett, it's your chance to shine mate and leave a few defenders on their arses !!

One striker today then. Where is Brown? Griffin still can't get a game.

From Paul Goodwins twitter account

Paul Goodwin‏@paulgoodwinDFP

#drfc One change, Syers in for Hume to play in secondary striker role. Remember Hull? No Chris Brown in the squad, pulled up in training.

RS have just put the jinx on us - Preston haven't won at home in 3 months, we're the best away team in England. 1-0 defeat confirmed now then!

I wonder how much they highlight the fact that Wednesday have just played 75 minutes with a player on the pitch that had received two yellow cards?

Bennett beats one man then gives it away... how many times has that happened this season?

Wouldn't bet on it staying that way for very long... Hartlepool are absolute bobbins, having a Rovers-in-1998 run of results.

Referee Mick Russell - wasn't he the one for our infamous match against Portsmouth last season?

Andy - Sorry Filo & I were getting a little off-topic - Mick Russell is the referee who has just given two yellows to a Wendies player without sending him off - not the referee for our game today

Apparently Bennett looking dangerous on the left. He could've had a penalty but didn't go down under a challenge according to RS, if we win I'll applaud him for that!

Amazing what having Copps waiting in the wings (no pun intended) can do
