Has popped in at 8-1 form no where. Interesting? Replaced Penns at Oldham, very new to championship manager.

Might be looking around as all his backroom staff were dismissed last week.

Not a clue, Bob, but I doubt it has made Dickov feel happier or more secure in his job- even though he's now got a FA Cup tie with Liverpool to look forward to.

Ok. Thanks John.
Most likely finances I suppose - crowds are down. But speculation is a wonderful thing

On the Oldham forum they have been discussing if its time for Dickov to go for several weeks. It doesn't appear that they are impressed with him.

The Oldham Chairman was on Radio 5 tonight. Basically, he didn't want to sack his mate Dickov but needed to do something, so sacked the backroom staff - which Dickov was seemingly happy to happen and he stayed in his job.
Not the kind of character we want at the club.

Has anyone spoken to Copps about the new manager? If I was laying a bet on this I would seriously want to hear from him. Allegedly.
