Tranmere Omen?

Just came across something - Tranmere Rovers last won a divisional championship waaay back in 1937/38. They were champions of the Division 3 North league. If you look at who came second to them that year...it was us!

A good omen for the rest of this season perhaps?  ;)

That tranmere game has brought a few memories back, what about the the game against wigan(old ground) the same season and on a really wet night standing in that little shed at the top of the mound then sliding down the mud back when rovers scored. Happy days :) :scarf:
