This is not necessarily a criticism but everything about that kit shouts late 1970s medium-class brothel. An upshot is that you would be able to save on manufacturing costs by making it out of velvet curtains lying about in people's cupboards.

I'll add the kipper collars and leopard pattern edgings right away.

Still think you're on to a winner with the yorkshire badge on the back... Looks good that.

Don't like the shirt. Not sure if it's the design or the colour combo though

Another variation on AV.

I think if we go down the AV route it should be plain, perhaps black trim but no patterning.

The basic idea here is combining the AV with the nearly black. I like that.

Is that a cummerbund?  That would certainly be unique.

I nicked the idea from designer kit that I can't afford.

There's a lot of this sort of thing about, I don't just chuck this stuff together y'know. I dunno you try and bring a bit of style to things and what do you get, eh? Mockery.

No,  I like the cummerbund idea. Gives us a bit of class.

We could all stand and toast the player's as they enter the field of play

I'll add a top pocket for the monocle.

Nice touch.

How about a "westc't" to go over the top for the colder matches? That would work.

Like the Yorkshire rose but it's the wrong way up when compared to the one on the viking's shield. Historically it's correct though.  In the West Riding, the rose is as you've shown it.  That said, the South Yorkshire logo has it the other way up.

Confused ?  For me, I'd say turn it through 180 degrees,  then it matches the Vinking and is different from Leeds.

Would we have to fetch our own toasters and will the club provide somewhere to plug them in?

Yes, I must admit I was a bit confused about which way up it should be. I think I'll match it with the viking.

Sadly there is a little known FA directive that forbids the cooking of bread within sight of the pitch.

Damn you FA, and your archaic rules!
