Great write-up as always Fuzzy, always enjoy reading your previews. It makes me want to go to the game even more today! Gutted I can't make it - but it should be a laugh watching Jeff sweating over the match on Soccer Saturday and I hope it's an omen that the last two matches I missed ended up being brilliant victories (last season over eventual promoted side Southampton and also against Leicester City.)

I'm also curious to know if anyone can follow up with answers for that stat concerning us being within 3 points of the top for 15 games in a row!

Ooh, only one small thing - who are Graham McAllister and Gavin Husband? :P

Love it Fuzzy - great write-up

Oh - apart from some shaky reference to a 2-bit OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Donny) statto

You know what?  He's a kid I used to go to school with.  Had a brother called Mark who I hated with a passion (feeling was very mutual).  Funny how names pop into your head

No idea who Graham McAllister is though - still both sorted now!

OCD?  You think YOU have OCD?!

Anyway glad you enjoy my wisdom!

Great work Fuzz  There's also the stat of how many consecutive games have we only needed 3 points to be top and failed to win. 5 was it?

We SHOULD win this one. Hoping we come flying out of the blocks and bag a couple early on - been a while since we had that.

Really looking forward to hearing Lundstram take control of midfield. He should be reasonably accustomed to his teammates now.

Syers is in for Keegan in the only change. Harper and Ball return to the bench. Looks a strong team, Rovers should get straight at 'em today!

I notice Hartlepool have Greg Rutherford on the bench too...I wonder how far he can jump? :P

Is Howieson injured or away with NZ already? If not why bring him in? Can't imagine Burnley being happy.

The annoying thing with Jeff Stelling is that he can see the upcoming scores a few seconds before we do, and there's no disguising his emotions if the monkey hangers go in front or behind. Let's just hope his shoulders droop, and his head drops down a few times this afternoon.

Sounds like a cracking goal according to the lads on RP, although the reporter on Sky Sports News said it was a simple goal.

Either way, delighted! Think we will win this one by 2 or 3 goals, sounds like we are well on top.

Lundstram smacks post, Coppinger taps in rebound but is offside.

"Outstanding" apparently.  :scarf:

With not being able to get to the game today, the thing that's missing on here is a quick match report on how we are playing. Did we nick a goal against the run of play, or are we on top. Any in fo would be appreciated.

Seems were well on top, RNO. Pool a few attacks, do think they could push forward in the start of the second half and could leave themselves vulnerable to our red arrow counter
