Hi
If anyone is in the Kirk Sandal area, can they keep an eye out for a lost cat. It is a big British Blue male cat, went missing yesterday around the back of the Glass House estate and has not been seen since.
His name is Louis and is wearing a collar with a tag on it.
If people could keep an eye out or have any info' and could let me know then it would be much appreciated.
Cheers

My house cat not supposed to go outside escaped a couple of years ago. A few months later and we had kittens!

Oh I cried..lol.. she wouldn't set paw out of the house for a week after that, I recon she had got into a shed and got stuck.. She is still megga clingy now..

One of ours disappeared for a whole year. Thought we'd seen the last of her, then she wanders through the back door like she's never been away.

Well, still no sign. Hopefully he's found a warm place until it warms up a bit, mother-in-law beside herself but they are instinctive survivors.
Not nice though

Have you contacted the vets and pdsa in your area? sometimes cats get handed in.. I really feel for her, the not knowing is awful.

Not yet, he's collared up, and chipped too, but I'll advise to ring in morning. Hoping he just appears in the morning though

He'll be home when he's hungry, pal.
We've had a couple of cats over the years just decide to come live with us, so he may have decided he fancies a change of scenery. They are a bit like that, you know. No bloody loyalty.

Good news, JD. We've got the mog from 2 doors down trying to get through our catflap now. Our 2 are taking turns to man the frontline and crack it over the head when it tries to get in. It's like the Cypriot Green Line in our kitchen.
