Mar Halsey has been demoted this week to league 1 for failing to send the Wigan player off 2 weeks ago, and yes he's refereeing us .......watch for the red cards...

Good referee, and I have a lot of respect for him after what he went through with his cancer battle and coming back into refereeing.

He's been somewhat of a good luck charm over recent years for us too, barring him tackling one of our players in the build up to a Cardiff equaliser at the KM I think.

Well thats great news to me,I have a feeling we are a secret favourite of his, hence the lucky charm feeling.Feeling alot more hopeful for Fridays game now.It is a possible stumbling block to our promotion hopes.

I agree, he's an excellent referee, but not sure about him being a lucky charm for us. The last time I saw him referee us we lost 6 nil at home to Ipswich.

Andy Giddins on Radio Sheffield is going to cover the match and he has no idea where he's going yet.
It's a ridiculous situation. We are less than 72 hours from kick off.
