I'm convinced he was onside, anyone seen a replay?

Couldn't really tell from behind the goal but he seemed flag happy.

I thought the Griffin trip was a penalty though...

They said on commentary that it was offside and rightly ruled out.

I'll reserve judgement on the penalty until I can see a replay, but if it was a blatant dive he should have been booked?

Think griffin thought he was going to get clipped so started to go down but the cov player just stopped from carrying through with the leg.

1. Couldnt really tell with the Copps goal.  Touch and go for me

2. No penalty incident even shown

3. Furman hitting the post not shown

4. Clearance off the line not shown

I was fortunate enough to be right in line with copps "goal". He was well offside. I was up hoping the Lino had missed it. No hope. Ps I was in a hospitality box, that's how I was in line. Next box along was hobby Geordies slagging our fans off.... Idiots. RTID

I always shout goal and curse the wretched officials, but in fairness it was impossible to see from where we were. I'd need to see the TV, but as they say, it won't change anything

What's hobby Geordies please?

People whose hobby is dressing up in black and white stripes, drinking Newcastle Brown and shouting "ha'way the lads" and "hadaway an' shite" in a loud voice perchance?

Seen the highlights on player. Definitely offside, as I thought at the time.

I felt at the time the officials got it right! And to be fair I thought they got most calls right - they just seemed a little too eager to stop play!

My thoughts at half-time were - 'Halsey and his team must've realised they were officiating a really poor game in the cold!' Hence the half-time whistle bang on 5 mins! LOL
