I agree and BF's substitutions were spot on both who and when... though I wondered whether Hubby would make a late entrance on left wing to replace Cotts who was not beating his opposing fullback , with Copps switching to the right... all irrelevant now.

And Keegan too.
Some bloke behind me was moaning like hell about Keegan coming on, but he actually steadied us down and picked up a lot of 2nd ball which contributed to us playing higher up the pitch towards the end.

Yep. Credit to BF, he got it spot on with the subs. Keegan sured up the midfield with Lundstram on a booking, and Syers/Paynter gave us fresh legs up top.

Syers and Paynter played together away at Preston too with syers playing what i call the "kevin nolan" role and i think it suits them both perfectly

I'm not sure we would of held on if Keegan hadn't come on. We've missed him big time.
