Does anyone know when tickets will go on sale for this friendly or is it more likely to be pay on the gate?

I think this is some way from being confirmed.

When they played last time tickets were sold by Rovers, with Rossington given an allocation to sell too. Given there is only one turnstile at Rossington it could well be a similar arrangement to lessen congestion at the gate.

That said, I can't see Rossington turning away anyone willing to pay money on the gate

Aye but there's only one turnstile at Armthorpe from what I remember and they let you pay on the gate too, so I suspect Rossington would let you too.

Aye I know... my point was that it helps if people have bought in advance so the queues at the solitary turnstile aren't as long as people aren't fiddling about with change etc.

I had most details confirmed late last night by the way;
Tickets are £6 adults and £3 children/concessions

There will be 800 tickets on sale at Rovers, with a further 400 on sale in Rossington (location to be decided).

Presumably then anything up to 1,200 that isn't sold will be allowed to pay on the gate.

No confirmation on ticket sales dates yet that I'm aware of.
