I've a feeling he won't be playing, fair play to the England lads for keeping their heads though.

What's wrong is a couple of 'commentators' criticising them for what they do on a night out they were permitted to have, where they were being pretty well behaved?  Everyone's allowed some downtime and they did it at the time the team said they could.

Warner's a plank though pretty sure the Aussies will send him home for the summer now.

Worst losers in sport. The bunch of c***s.

They should be a bit better at it by the end of the summer because they're going to get a lot more experience.

I played in the old South Riding League back in the 80s and 90s, just at the time when semi-pro players were coming in. I'd played for Denaby for years, then went to play for Dronfield. At Dronfield, we had a 16 year old kid who was looking like making a decent batsman. We played Denaby in a cup match and blathered them (not me - I was out for 15). The young kid was on 80-odd and we needed another 40-50 runs in 20 overs to win, with 7 wickets left. A shoo-in. Just a question of whether the kid would get a ton.

Denaby had an Aussie semi-pro playing for them. A right mardy t**t. This kid had hoicked his trundling middle-paced shite all round the ground and made him look a right prick. He responded by shoulder charging the kid over as he was going for a quick single and running him out. The umpires missed it. There was uproar but the Aussie and the Denaby team (to their f**king shame) refused to re-instate the kid.

A w**ker from a nation of poor sporting loser w**kers.

"Get over it" springs to mind. Listen to the Flintoff interview of Geoff Boycott on BBC iplayer ....... puts it all in perspective.

Confirmed Root was punched in the face bu Warner this morning, apparently over an argument over a fake beard(?).

Charge hism with ABH, convict him, and send him back home.

How convenient, he`s banned from playing for the Aussies up to the first ashes test, that`ll be the one Champions trophy game they`ve got left then!

The other side of the coin is that he`ll be available for the ODI at Headingley, where he can have his pick of Yorkshiremen to chin, if he fancies it
