Why is it taking so long for are players to sign new deals.

Please excuse my ignorance and don’t take offence at my perhaps naive question, but is spell checker available on the forum and would it help those with dyslexia? If not are there other software options that would help?

Whilst I appreciate that there are differing types and degrees of dyslexia,  one of the guys who works from me suffers from it but manages his e-mail communications very well by using spell checker.

We can all comment that the content is more important than the presentation, but it’s a common occurrence on most forums for topics to go off thread because of poor grammar, lack of punctuation and poor spelling / text talk, etc

That's not dyslexia,  and it's not hard for people to get right. Please try everyone,  for my sake. Please.  People who struggle with dyslexia yet still come on here and try damn hard have my utmost respect.

And if you use Firefox as your browser there is an English dictionary plug in. It underlines misspelt words,  just like Ms Word,  so you just need to right click and select the spelling you want.

I'm sure everyone on the forum appreciates posts which are easy to read.

Gents - we've gone a little off topic here. 

Back on topic- a simple answer as to why players are taking so long to sign is we are a small fish in a huge pond, and the types of players we now want to attract probably have to think long an hard before signing for us, instead of another championship club.

I'm not to bothered about signing new players.  I'm more concerned about our out of contract players signing new deals. We start pre season next week and not one player has signed a new deal.

You don't own this forum, and Wanchope is entitled to put what he wants on here (subject to acceptable standards - ie racist (which we've had recently) sexist, bad language (which we have all the time) verbal abuse, etc etc. without being criticised by you or anyone else.

If Wanchope feels he needs to post something negative, that is his prerogative.

What you need to realise is that some people will only come on here when they are particularly displeased with something so as to be able to have a good moan (maybe Wanchope is one of these) some people only come on here when everything in the garden is rosy. The majority will come on good and bad. Either way, everyone is entitled to their opinion without being told to 'bite their lip' etc etc

For someone who refers to himself as a "proper c*nt" on their own twitter page, I think we all knew "Wanchope" intentions when he signed up to the forum a day ago. He also pretended to have dyslexia, which isn't very nice (https://twitter.com/Rupee92/status/346959810916409344). and he broke the forum rules by registering multiple accounts after being previously banned. So no, he isn't entitled to post his opinions on here any more. If you still want them, maybe check out his twitter page?

Don't take this the wrong way or nothing, but I'm prety new on this rovers website thing and my impresions so far have been - 1 don't mess with the vsc directors. 2 only talk about what the vsc want you to talk about. 3 don't be new and have an opinion or you get told  (and this was that "silentm" fella) "you're new, think before you post"!
