Interestingly the only draw that can be considered as a derby and considering Leeds are on the TV every other week - remote possibility for TV?

It we may win. And how good would that be?
And the crowd will be interesting. Just looked at a programme to see how many we're there when we played Ull City last year. Just over 4700 with over a 1000 away fans. I guess Leeds will sell their allocation. TV maybe as well? Maybe a good earner!!

And a 5000 crowd to boot! :-(

I'm tiring of playing Leeds.

We won at Wembley, the game that mattered.  After that their fans seem intent on puffing their chests out and claiming any win as far more important and that there's some massive rivalry.

Sorry, they're not massive rivals to me, they're just underachivers who should beat TLO Doncaster without even any show of relief.

As much as their fans delude themselves and would like to think otherwise, I really don't care about Leeds whatsoever. Always keep it in South Yorkshire for the proper derbies. Probably will go, but not looking forward to anymore than the Rochdale game, in fact probably less as we hadn't played Rochdale in years.

Obviously, we played Leeds at the same stage in 2011.

Crowd that night: 8505

Maybe a good earner!!

Definitely a good earner , because it won't be a tenner that's for sure.  :(

P.S. Maybe the club will give  discount to those that went to the Rochdale game.

Give Leeds as many tickets as we can with segregation in mind. Then we may get supporters to come who talk a lot, write a lot but stay at home to do it. We should be looking to fill the ground which will give the owners extra funds. £15 per ticket should not put any body off unless they were never intending to attend. Lets not forget we are town full of Leeds fans.

Lets not be selling tickets to them cheap after the ridiculous amounts they've charged us.

I know about that discount , but i'm greedy and want more.

Tenner for us , £25 for them , they can pay for our discount. :) :clapping:

I imagine the League Cup doesn't fall under the rules whereby you can charge away fans more.

I'd be surprised if we hit 10k.

Don't both teams have to agree the price of the ticket?

Jenny we should be aiming at more than 6000 home fans really. This game should be used to increase our revenue. Put our support in the North and part of East stands and give them the rest . That would increase the crowd. Use and abuse them, tongue in cheek suggestion by the way.

Good draw IMO, winnable, good crowd and decent atmosphere. Might even get near telly, but should be on dee dah at least as there are no sheffield teams left in it! ha ha! I'm on holiday in Lake District but since I usually drive an hour to games anyway, I may well make this one, especially as I'd hate to miss a win over l**ds - might not have bothered for a WBA or Fulham!

Will cost me dear though - at least a meal at the local hostelry for wife, daughter and mother in law whilst I galavant off to footie for the night!

Lets hope its worth it or its a long miserable drive back to a big restaurant bill!

Great draw  looking forward to it and the club should make £100,000, which could bring in a player on loan.
