Iam glad he dont dont play for DRFC ,because When his name
Comes out i Pitty chancers in the english football at national and league.

I dont think Its a black player or staff member that Made contact with the reporter,as i like to think if so the player would have gone via correct channels.

iam on the Wave length that the player has issues with hogdson for
Football reasons and most obvious is that the player felt he would not
Make Brazil under hogdson.

Get hogdson the sack and then the new manager might take the suspect to Brazil is the motiv

For sure by not comming out in the open Its left the sun newspaper carrying the can, which i find Heart warming .

Would you be able to tell us what you're referring to so we can put this into context?

So far I've got that an England player,  who isn't black,  has tried to get Hodgson the sack via the press.

Thats bascially what i think from what i have read.
The reason why i think player wants hogdson the sack is that maybe
The player knows he will not be on plane to Brazil=motiv.

If it was a Black player they would know what channels to go throu and not
Straight to the press

The fact that the player name as not come out Yet tells me that he Now thinks he has Made a massive mistake after the reaction from all and sundry.

If everyone would have Been calling for hogdsons head the player would have Stepped forward by Now spouting his claims.

But Its gone the other way and said player is doing his upmost to keep
His head down.the longer this player keeps his ID from the Public the more
I think iam on the  correct Lines thereabouts .

Its seems obvious that the player Now thinks he has Made a massive mistake due to his silence

Roy told a joke/used an analogy that involved a monkey. The gist was get the ball to Townsend.

Townsend took no offence. Roy clearly meant none. However, someone in the dressing room leaked the "story". So the question is, why? What did they hope to achieve by doing so?

You can tell its an absolute nonsense  piece as even the Society for Black Lawyers have kept quiet. And that is most unlike them.

I can't believe for one minute Roy told a joke. He has to be a racist.

I was that incensed by this I even sent the kick it out campaign a very sharp e-mail...After they Demanded an investigation ,I have never heard anything so ridiculous and if they think that's possible racism they are out of touch with what there supposedly fighting for.....It makes them look like a publicity seeking machine....Massive own goal for them that does there campaign more damage than good...

And THAT is exactly the problem. There is enough nasty, vicious racism in the game to make Kick It Out absolutely vital. But by making an issue over something like this, they demean and belittle the issue. AND they give the racists an out - people can (and possibly will) dismiss what KIO says about genuine cases because they are now branded as an organisation that stupidly over-reacts to a non-issue like this.

They give the impression of being student politicians who just KNOW how the world ought to be and genuinely don't understand why everyone else doesn't share their opinion. They think that if they shout loudly enough, and hector people enough, the world will change to the way they want it. They don't understand that savvy operators keep their powder dry and pick their battles only where they really matter.

I know the joke. If anything it's a sexist joke,  not racist.

I think KIO quickly realised they were digging a hole for themselves and so accepted that the matter was closed once the FA put out a statement. Although that shithouse Peter Herbert is trying to keep the pot boiling he lost all credibility over the Clattenburg affair.

The biggest concern is that someone in the England camp saw fit to go and talk to a journalist about it. I wonder if they'll be able to look Hodgson in the eye next time the two of them meet?

Going by Oslo's theory we have a white player who's fearing for his place in the squad, and did it outside the changing room. It's like Cluedo.
Well these were the white bench-warmers the other night.

James Milner - seems still to have a wole under Woy
Frank Lampard - seen it all before, too professional
Phil Jones - not sure about his personality
Jack Wilshere - maybe a bit miffed at being left out, but a certainty for Brazil
Ross Barkley - again not sure, but he's a young kid who must be pleased just to be involved at international level
Ricky Lambert - given his chance under Hodgson, can't see him having an axe to grind.

For sure by not comming out in the open Its left the sun newspaper carrying the can, which i find Heart warming .

I'm quite happy for the Sun to get it in the neck, but I'm sure they'll manage to come up with plenty of stories which are detrimental to the England squad between now and the time the World Cup starts. Of course, all the time they'll maintain that they "support the team."

Iam sure the sole reason that why the player has not come forward is because he put the bullets in the gun,the sun paper fired the gun...

...and the player as Now seen the media and Public reaction to the situation and Its not gone to his plan, hence why he has not Stepped up
To be counted.

If the media and whole Of the country were all In a massive uproar about
What hogdson said my guess is he would have broke his neck to step up.

I liked Jason Manford's take on it

If, when you mention the word 'monkey' you are in fact referring to the actual animal commonly known as a 'monkey'; then that is NOT racist.
If however you hear someone say the word 'monkey' and immediately think to yourself that this must be some kind of racial slur, then the racist in question is actually, YOU.

It's living over in Scandinavia what does it. Who ever watched The Bridge or The Killing? Bleak, incomprehensible, yet compulsive watching. Oslo's gone native, ah tell thi.

I'm guessing that there was no big "leaking" of the incident, more likely it's stupid footballers tweeting to the world.

If it was tweeted to the world I don't think there would be such a furore about the player hiding behind anonymity would there?
