I put up a Thread soon after dobson was convicted pointing out that his conviction was very iffy.

Here are some Facts about the case that have surfaced.

Gary had never worn the coat that was contaminated with the blood Of SL.

Officer that removed the coat from gards wardrobe commented on
How dusty it was.

the coat was thrown around at the Public inquiry, evidence bags ands seals were broken.

Victims clothing was stored in same bag as defendants.

The blood flake Of SL found on garys coat had a fibre Stuck in it
That was completely allien to the case......contamination?

Gary Stood in many Lines ups and was never pointed out.

No description Of garys clothing has ever Been given out
Considering its very distinctive jacket.

Whole case was based on an annonomous letter left
In a phone box?.....hearsay

For years garys clothes were tested and nothing was ever found.then suddenly 18 years later a blood flake appears the size Of a very small dot .his clothes  were stored with SL clothes in car boots,courts,Police houses etc etc.

Officer in Charge Of garys clothes refused to appear in court saying
"If he was Made to go to court he would commit suicide"

The so called blood dot Of SL found on garys coat was destroyed When it was tested,so Gary can never have his own test done.


Side notes
Even some Of the Police think that dobson is not guilty and they seem to think that Gary knows who did the stabbing and would grass up the person once pressure was put on him.

Dobson was sat in his front room  watching tv with his family the nite
SL was stabbed to death on the road just outside garys house.

It was reported that dobson has  dropped  his plea due to the cost as
His mother Cant Get her hands on that amount Of money.

Also which is important the SL killing had Been in the media for 18 years and that alone questions the state Of mind Of the jury.

It turns out the office that did the testing on the blood dot found on dobsons jacket was appointed by dooren lawerence.the same office
Have fcuked up two other blood testings on other cases.

The size Of the blood spec found is the same as a grain Of salt.

Also for years and years Gary dobsons house Aswell as his mothers have Been bugged by the Police in the hope to Add weight to Their case against dobson.

Police Even bought the house next door to dobson and put in a pc and wpc
As undercover to be friend dobson and see what they can find.

Thats not too mention the officers that were set up in a house Across the street with listening equipment as the dobsons phones were all bugged.

Nothing was ever found after all them years Of survelience and dobson was convicted on a blood spec the size Of a grain Of salt.

For sure somebody has to do time for the stabbing ,but what gets my goat
If SL had stabbed a white Boy to death there would not have no media attention on the case what so ever.

Once the Word racist killing came into the equation dobson had no chance.

There is alot Of questions Been aked about the friend of SL dwayne brooks who was with SL that night.he has a crinmal record that would fill two A4 sides Of paper,and the Police Kept him away from standing in court due to that fact.
